Fill n Go’s unique refill stations provide chilled and room temperature premium quality alkaline water through the most advanced, sustainable and environmentally friendly way on the market. Bring your own bottle or purchase one from our host store locations. Host stores are at every refill station location.

Payment is simple with the latest credit/debit card payWave technology ( not card fees ), you can use your mobile phone for seamless payment or download the monyx wallet app.

Select from a variety of refill sizes from 600 ml right up to 15 litres.

With our unique 10 sec purified water and activated oxygen bottle rinse, you can rinse your bottle out for free while the natural 03 (activated oxygen) will keep the filling area sanitised and safe.

You sure can. Alternatively you can purchase a bottle at the shop where the refill station is located and get a $20 Fill n Go prepaid card that allows you to get $20 worth of premium alkaline water. ( Please ensure your bottle is clean. We also recommend using white vinegar to regularly sanitise/clean your bottle )

The refill station set sizes are 600ml, 1 litre, 2 litre, 10 litre and 15 litre. Use your own clean bottle or purchase one at the refill station location and get a $20 Fill n Go prepaid card that allows you to get $20 worth of premium alkaline water. Available at participating stores.  ( Note : New refill stations have a ~5 litre refill for $3.80 )

Australian made 10 and 15 litre reusable BPA Free bottles can be purchased from the host stores at most refill station locations. ( Please call store to check if they have stock ). Alternatively the refill station will have a sticker on it indicating where the nearest store is to purchase a bottle. Get a $20 Fill n Go Prepaid Water Card to use at any refill station when you purchase a reusable bottle. Visit the Find a Refill Station page to find your nearest refill station. Note: Call store to ensure bottle stock before visiting to purchase a bottle.

Always keep cap on bottle, keep out of direct sunlight and do not keep bottle in a hot vehicle.

We recommend using white vinegar to clean your bottle. Add about 1-2 litres of white vinegar to your bottle. Place lid on and then shake bottle ensuring all areas of the bottle have contact with the white vinegar. Let it sit for a few minutes before tipping out and then rinsing with clean water several time to remove vinegar smell. A bottle brush may be required if excessively dirty, which can be purchased from some hardware stores.

Once the $20 credit is used up, please place it in a recycling bin. The pre-paid are not rechargeable, so once it is used up please recycle it and use your credit card or mobile phone for payment. 

Fill n go’s premium alkaline water has been described by many as refreshing, soft, light, silky smooth and very easy to drink. You be the judge. But be warned…. it is very addictive!!

We don’t have the packaging costs, delivery costs, middle man costs, storage costs, and many other costs that bottled water companies do, also we believe that high quality water should be affordable and with out the plastic waste.  

Our refill stations are equipped with the latest eco-green technology that allows us to remotely monitor them 24/7. This allows us to schedule services and filter changes prior to the filter manufactures recommended times, ensuring you’ll always get the highest quality water. Scheduled services and filter changes are also carried out by fully licenced qualified plumbing technicians. All refill stations are visually checked, tested for quality, cleaned and sanitised weekly.

Additionally Fill n Go stations are the only refill stations in Australia’s to have a self-sanitising system in the bottle filling area. O3 ( activated oxygen ) is used to safely and naturally keep the bottle filling area sanitised. Fill n Go refill stations are the only stations in Australia that don’t store the purified water in holding tanks, our system in a sealed system which produces the water fresh on demand ensuring it’s 100% safe every time.

Yes, thanks to our ultra violet light sterilisation stage, you can be sure that the water is safe from water borne bacteria and viruses like giardia, legionella, E.coli, cryptosporidium and more. This ultra violet light purification system is the most advanced and most efficient at safely and naturally destroying bacteria and viruses without changing the water in any way. (Note: Common bench top filters or jug filters will not destroy bacteria).

We use Nayax an Australian-based payWave provider that supports our refill stations.

When you refill with Fill n Go using your credit card you will see the words “Fill N Go Pty Ltd Newtown” on your credit card statement. ( zero card fees ) 

That clean sterile smell is the natural O3 or activated oxygen that ensures the bottle filling area is sanitised naturally and safely. So when you place your bottle inside and press the rinse button it will sanitise your bottle as well as rinsing it with purified water.
O3 is three molecules of oxygen and is commonly used as a safe natural alternative to harsh toxic cleaning chemical. O3 is used to safely and naturally disinfect things such as: commercial kitchens, wine barrels, food processing areas and much more. All Fill n Go reusable bottles come with a standard 12 month warranty on any manufactures defects. Please keep your receipt for proof of the purchase date. Note: Broken or damaged bottles will not be covered so please take care of them.
